This recipe is the reason i no longer buy muesli from the store! My homemade version does not only taste great but as well makes me sure that no unhealthy ingredients were put inside to make it last longer.Â
It is very easy to make and the beautiful smell stays in your home for the next few days :)
Here are the ingredients that you need to get to make my homemade granola:
700g oats
100g sunflowers seeds
50g pumpkin seedsÂ
100g chopped almondsÂ
100g chopped walnutsÂ
50g chopped haselnuts
100/150g dry fruits (berries or whatever you like)
100ml vegetable oilÂ
50ml honey
30ml maple syrup
tablespoon of cinnamon or cacao or both :)
pinch of salt
Mix the oats and all nuts together in a bowl. In the saucepan stir together the oil, honey, maple sirup, salt and the spices. Bring it to boil and then combine with the dry ingredients. Stir everything together and spread everything on the baking sheets.Â
Bake in the preheated oven (170ª Celcius) for approx. 40 min. Stir in between to make it crispy everywhere.
Cool it down and add the dry fruits.Â
ENJOY!!!! Tastes great with yoghurt or milk or whatever you fancy! :)
