Bioderma - how I fight with skin irritations

Updated: Dec 29, 2019

My skin can be really unpredictable, depending where I travel, how bad the water is, if I have lots of stress at that moment. It reacts sometimes very strangely to certain situations.

I'm always open to try different products in order to find a perfect solution for my skin.

I've heard a lot about Bioderma series so I decided to give it a chance. The products are easy to order online, I found them on shop-apotheke.at

First thing you need to know is, Bioderma has different series according to the skin type you have, so make sure you choose the correct skincare for your concern.

Sensibio: Sensitive and reactive skin types Hydrabio: Dehydrated skin types prone to sensitivity Sebium: Oily and problematic skin types White Objective: Pigmentation and brightening care for sensitive skin Atoderm: Very dry skin that’s prone to sensitivity Cicabio: Damaged skin

My skin is mostly sensitive and easily getting skin irritations and allergic reactions, so Sensibio is a perfect type for me.

For cleansing:

Sensibio H2O Soothing Micellar Cleansing Water- A cleansing and make-up removing water that respects the sensitive skin. It is the 1st and only dermatological micellar water perfectly compatible with the skin.

After that I'm using:

Sensibio TONIQUE moisturizing toning lotion - to regulate the pH of my skin.

My biggest problem is the eye area, always fighting with dark circles and dry skin around my eyes. For this perfectly works:

Sensible Gel Eye Contour - a daily anti-puffiness treatment for sensitive skin.

Another lifesaver after my travels, where the air conditioning is killing my skin, is

Sensibio Soothing and Moisturizing Mask - to hydrate and calm irritated skin.

For my body I've been testing Atoderm Shower oil and Atoderm Lait Body Lotion. Somehow in winter, because of cold weather, my skin is getting super dry and using shower gels containing Sulfats is definitely not helping. Atoderm is soap-free and paraben-free, therefore isn't causing any skin inflammations or dryness.

Have you tested them yet? What are your skin concerns?

Would you like to test these products too? :)

You can get all these products in mostly all pharmacies. You can find a big variety in shop-apotheke.at
